April 9, 2010 Rockford, IL- On February 23 Monica Glenny, president of DataCraft attended the Boone County Manufacturer's Appreciation Breakfast to speak about the importance of inventory ratios and what they mean to a company's inventory status, value, and volume. More than 20 attended the breakfast to honor local manufacturers. Glenny spoke about many of the struggles companies come up against while dealing with inventory management and ratios.
"In talking with clients during our Business Clarity process, we frequently run across inventory problems," Glenny said. "There's a delicate balance in inventory management between having too much and not enough inventory."
This year's Boone County Manufacturer's Appreciation Breakfast held at the Keene Age Center, is one of the many events sponsored by the Belvidere Chamber of Commerce.
