Happy New Year from DataCraft!

Note from Monica
Welcome to 2010!

Despite the wind and cold weather, January can be a refreshing month. Use this time to re energize your business and focus on what you do best and how your strengths can act as a springboard for a successful 2010.
While it might be tempting to be a jack (or jill)  of all trades, remember why you went into business in the first place. The two biggest obstacles companies face are the lack of time and expertise.
There are a lot of components in running a business, and you can’t afford to ignore any of them. But just because they can’t go unnoticed, doesn’t mean that it has to be tended to by you. So take a moment to take a look at your business processes and see what areas need improvement. Ask for help and use it as a learning opportunity. The great Lou Holtz once said, "I never learn anything by talking. I only learn when I ask questions."
Here's to a great 2010!

"Cash is King"
Cash strapped states will remain aggressive in the coming years as they try to recover from dramatic revenue shortfalls. If you don't build a proactive defense to sales tax audits, your company's cash reserves are at risk at a time when cash is king.
